Guillaume Moubeche、AppSumo、Startup Studio Playbook - What I found good lately
Here are a few helpful things I've found recently:
1. Guillaume Moubeche's Youtube channel:
I originally watched his Linkedin teaching, but it turned out that he was quite impresive. He could go from bankruptcy to earning tens of millions of dollars, and he did it without external investment.
2. AppSumo:
This is also what Guillaume continued to introduce on the channel. For users, you can buy a lot of SaaS lifetime services at a very low price. For software companies, you can find early users and get feedback from users. , and continuously improve the product, it is a win-win platform: https://appsumo.com/
Of course, there are almost 1000 kinds of software on it, and there are bound to be duplicate or even tasteless software, such as this software: https://appsumo.com/products/tidycal/
To put it bluntly, from my point of view, it is just three free elements combined into a service that asks people to pay: Linkedin + Calendly + third-party cash flow (Paypal or Stripe)
However, based on personal experience, there may not be many usage scenarios for this software, and the logic is very simple:
i. The above three elements are three big problems, and they have all formed the phenomenon of oligopoly
ii. The above three elements are all so-called freemium services. If you do not use some methods different from your opponents (such as subsidies, but it should be difficult to raise so much money at this point in time to fight the subsidy war), I also find it difficult
The current habitual usage scenario is to make friends on Linkedin, and then make a few words, and then throw it out. Do you want to find a time line to chat? At the same time, I recently found that 30 minutes is the greatest common divisor.
In the near future, whether it is with Indonesians or Europeans (Finland, Italy), we will meet for about 30 minutes at first, and the chat may be prolonged, and it is not embarrassing to walk away if we cannot chat.
3. Startup Studio Playbook by Attila Szigeti
In my impression, I typed "Startup Studio" on Linkedin, and I found that Startup Studio not only has some multinational communities, but also people who specialize in Startup Studio and publish books (the so-called Startup Studio can also be called Venture Builder / Venture Studio, or more. To put it bluntly, it can be called Startup Factory), and the most popular Startup Studio in Asia in recent years is Rocket Internet.
Startup Studio is a trend in the entrepreneurial circle. It is still very early in Indonesia. There are already some in Taiwan. If you are interested, you can also buy e-books yourself:
