Learnlife: An educational institution that claims to teach students in accordance with their aptitude

As mentioned in the title, today we are going to analyze an experimental education institution called Learnlife. The team declared: "We hope to transform an outdated system born in the industrial era by unleashing a purpose-inspired, personal learning model into the €5trn education market. In other words, they are an educational institution that teaches students in accordance with their aptitude. Let us also look at the four aspects of innovation:

1. Pain points:

Anyone who has been a parent knows that every child is born with a different personality, and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the basic, so the pain points are really painful.

2. Solution:

The team launched a learning model called "Personal Learning Paradigm", which is Paradigm for personal learning (I don't know how to translate it, but that's what it means. The way of education that breaks the way of education.

3. Entry barriers:

- Educational institutions in Barcelona, to grow 66% in 2021 and to break even between 2022 and 2023

- Total revenue to grow 86% in 2020 and 96% in 2021.

- By 2022, 190 Learning Centres interested in Learnlife's educational model

4. Team:

- Founder & CEO - Christopher Pommerening has very rich experience. He started out as an entrepreneur. After starting a few companies, he started to invest. So he is very powerful for the entire business model.

- Co-founder & COO - Blair MacLaren is also a super experienced investor who has been investing from 1998 to 2017 before starting his business

- Co-Founder & CLO - Stephen Harris has 40 years of education and also served as Head of Innovation School

In conclusion, I originally wanted to say that teaching students in accordance with their aptitude means that they cannot scale, but I carefully read the briefing and found that they can make great profits by licensing or joining. First, the cost is relatively low, and second, the speed of scale. Faster, this is what Xu Wei and her husband Zhiming are doing, writing lesson plans, modularizing them, and then replicating them in the big market.

So I think this company can be invested, but when it comes to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, it is very likely that those who have joined or been authorized will not be able to do what Learnlife can do, and the learning effect will be discounted. Hence I give them 3 stars, How many stars do you think it is (please leave a comment below)?
